Content policy
What you may and may not stream through Nashr, and what happens when a stream breaks the rules.
What you may stream
- Video you created yourself.
- Video you hold a written licence to broadcast, within the terms of that licence.
- Public domain video, and Creative Commons video used within its licence.
What you may not stream
- Films, series or music videos you do not own or license, including unreleased or leaked copies.
- Television channels and sports broadcasts that belong to someone else.
- Another person's stream or video taken without their permission.
- Anything that breaks YouTube's Community Guidelines or the law where you or your viewers are.
How we enforce this
- Every stream asks you to confirm you have the right to broadcast the source.
- When a rights holder reports a stream, we stop it and review the account.
- Accounts that break this policy more than once are closed and are not refunded.
- Nashr does not offer, and will not build, any way to hide a stream from copyright detection.
