Terms of service
The agreement between you and Nashr. This is a starting draft and must be reviewed by a lawyer before launch.
Using Nashr
You need an account and a YouTube channel you control. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your login safe.
Your content
You keep all rights to the video you stream. You confirm that you own it or hold a licence to broadcast it, and you follow our content policy.
YouTube
Nashr uses YouTube API Services. By using Nashr you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. You can remove Nashr's access to your channel at any time in your Google account.
Stopping streams and closing accounts
We may stop a stream or close an account that breaks these terms or the content policy, or that puts the service at risk.
Availability
We work to keep streams running but do not promise uninterrupted service. Streams can stop because of the source, YouTube or our servers.
Payments
Paid plans renew each month until cancelled. Prices and limits are shown on the pricing page.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, we will tell you by email before the change takes effect.
