What Nashr does
One job, done from the browser: take a video you own and put it live on your YouTube channel.
Available now
- Stream a video file
- Upload MP4, MOV or MKV once and stream it whenever you like. Large uploads resume if your connection drops.
- Stream from a link
- Paste an HLS (.m3u8), RTMP or direct file link from an encoder or server you run.
- Connect with Google
- Link your YouTube channel in a few taps. Nashr asks only for permission to manage live broadcasts.
- Start and stop anywhere
- The dashboard is built for a phone first. Stop a stream from the bus.
- Stream health
- See whether YouTube is receiving video, the bitrate, dropped frames and how long you have been on air.
- Title, description and privacy
- Set them before you go live: public, unlisted or private.
Planned next
These are not built yet. They are listed in the order we intend to ship them.
- Scheduling
- Pick a date and time; the stream starts and ends by itself.
- 24/7 playlists
- Queue several videos and loop them in order.
- Reconnect and backup video
- If the source drops, a standby video plays until it returns.
- More destinations
- Send the same stream to Facebook, Twitch or any RTMP address.
- Overlays
- Logo, text ticker and countdown on top of the video.
- Alerts
- Email or Telegram when a stream stops.
